About modification of the Regulations on fundamentals of percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 27 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of means and methods of monetary policy of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding establishment by the National Bank of Ukraine of procedure for determination of discount rate and other interest rates for the transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. To state Item 9 of the Section II of Provisions on fundamentals of percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277, in the following edition:

"9. The National Bank daily publishes the size of discount rate in mass media and/or will promulgate through other public regular sources of information, including on the page official the Internet - representative offices of National Bank.".

2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) after official publication to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
