The organization of additional education for children is the organization of education realizing educational programs of additional education for the purpose of satisfaction of educational and cultural needs of students, including children with special educational needs for the benefit of the personality, society and the state.";

state Items 13 and 14 in the following edition:

"13. Educational process at children's music schools, children's art schools and schools of arts is carried out by standard curricula and educational programs, approved by authorized body in the field of education according to subitem 7-1) of article 5 of the Law "About Education".
