About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine

1. Add Item 1 of notes to application 1 to the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of October 14, 2005 with No. 326 "About streamlining of payment terms of work of employees of the All-Ukrainian center of employment rehabilitation of disabled people", registrated in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 21, 2005 for No. 1239/11519 (with changes), after paragraph one the new paragraph of the following content:
"Official pay rates (the tariff charges, wage rates) since January 1, 2017 are calculated, proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade established in the amount of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons for January 01 of calendar year".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.
2. Add Item 1 of notes to appendix 1 to the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of October 17, 2005 with No. 328 "About streamlining of payment terms of work of employees of control and auditing departments, managements (departments, groups) of technical supervision of capital construction and repair of premises of budgetary institutions and organizations, other divisions created under executive bodies, their independent managements and departments and under executive bodies of councils", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 24, 2005 for No. 1255/11535 (with changes), after paragraph one the new paragraph of the following content:
