1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2012 No. 1092 "About approval of Rules of compensation of the right of non-paid privatization of the office dwelling which is not subject to privatization, including owing to its arrangement in the closed and isolated military camps, frontier posts and in commandant's offices" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 67, of the Art. 968) the following change:
in Rules of compensation of the right of non-paid privatization of the office dwelling which is not subject to privatization, including owing to its arrangement in the closed and isolated military camps, frontier posts and in the commandant's offices approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Receivers to whom the monetary compensation was paid hand over the office dwelling in accordance with the established procedure no later than three months from the moment of payment of monetary compensation to the receiver.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
