3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) forming of the authorized capital of partnership at the expense of property of the reorganized republican state company on the right of economic maintaining;

2) approval of the charter of partnership and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state shares of Kazakhavtodor limited liability partnership to Committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
