Approve the procedure of registration of securities on the Stock Exchange of Moldova approved at meeting of Council of Stock Exchange of Moldova, the N08/01 protocol of 22:06. 2001, changed according to the N10/01 protocol of 30.08.2001.

The procedure of registration of securities on the Stock exchange of Moldova

1. This procedure determines order of registration of open joint stock companies on the Stock exchange of Moldova (further - the exchange).

2. Based on the Law of the Republic of Moldova on the security market the joint-stock companies which registered more than 50 persons in the register of security holders of one class shall register this class of securities at the exchange.

3. The procedure of registration of securities at the exchange can be initiated both by the issuer, and the member of the exchange and does not assume signing of any contract with the issuer or with person initiating this procedure.

4. For registration of securities at the exchange person initiating the procedure of registration represents to department of marketing, listing and quotations the following documents:
