3. To joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to execute necessary actions and to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
