About modification of the Regulations on National police

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, the Art. 2971), the following changes:

add item 4 with subitem 14-1 of the following content:

"14-1) takes measures for ensuring public safety and procedure during forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies (officials), and also actions directed to elimination of threats of life and to health of the state contractors, private contractors and other persons participating in making of executive actions performs the drive in enforcement proceeding;";

to add the subitem 9 of Item 5 after the words "on a contract basis" with words ", except payments to the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or the loss of efficiency of the police officer performed at the expense of the means provided by the government budget for National police guaranteed from the state".
