gas-rescuing works - the actions directed to rescuing of people, material and cultural values, protection of the environment, localization of accidents and suppression or bringing to minimum possible level of impact of effects of accidents in zone with exceeding of threshold limit values of toxic, and (or) flammable, and (or) explosive substances. The works referred to the wrecking connected with suppression of the fires and mine-rescue works do not belong to gas-rescuing works;
