2. In the Republic of Moldova economic agents irrespective of their form of business perform the activities in the field of import of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and their wholesale trade only based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of Finance. Without license in the field economic agents bear responsibility according to the current legislation for implementation of the activities.
3. The license is the official document confirming capability and the rights of its owner to perform the activities in the field in the conditions providing to customers the high-quality level and reliability according to the current legislation is issued for certain term and is valid in all territory of the Republic of Moldova.
4. For receipt of the license economic agents shall answer the following conditions:
- registration of the company in the State registration chamber under the Ministry of Justice,
- registration as the taxpayer in territorial state tax authority and assignment of fiscal code,
- unconditional accomplishment of obligations to the budget and Social fund.
