Bring in part 4 of article 3 of the Federal Law of November 7, 2011 No. 306-FZ "About cash allowance of the military personnel and provision of separate payments by it" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 45, Art. 6336; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930; No. 43, Art. 5794; No. 45, Art. 6152; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1401; 2016, No. 27, the Art. 4238) of change, having added with its Items 14 and 15 of the following content:

"14) in connection with not passing in accordance with the established procedure obligatory chemical and toxicological researches of availability in human body of drugs, psychotropic substances and their metabolites;

15) in connection with making of the administrative offense connected with consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances without appointment of the doctor or new potentially dangerous psychoactive agents.".
