About provision of pensions of separate categories of citizens

For the purpose of increase in level of social protection of separate categories of citizens:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the work retirement pension is appointed in the presence of length of service with payment of compulsory insurance premiums in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus (further - insurance years of service) at least 10 years:

to the citizens having the length of service provided in article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" (further - the Law), at least 40 years at men and 35 years at women;

to the citizens who were passing military service (service in paramilitary organizations) and having the length of service provided in article 51 of the Law, at least 25 years at men and 20 years at women including at least 10 calendar years of military service (services in paramilitary organizations) *.

The right to work retirement pension according to part one of this subitem is granted to the citizens who reached generally established retirement age, in the absence of the required insurance years of service established in the paragraph the second part one of article 5 of the Law, and not having pension entitlements according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions of the military personnel, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus, bodies and divisions on emergency situations and bodies of financial investigations";
