About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of improvement of financial position of National Bank I decide:

1. Bring in the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320, the following changes:

in Item 35:

the second to state part in the following edition:

"The reserve fund is created due to assignments from profit for accounting year and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.";

third to exclude part;

the name of Chapter 9 and Item 36 after the word "Profit" to add with the word "(loss)";

state Item 37 in the following edition:

"37. The National Bank annually directs the profit determined based on its annual accounting (financial) accounts which audit is booked according to the legislation, on repayment of loss, increase (creation) authorized, reserve and other funds.".

2. To National Bank and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in six-months time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
