About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 9, the Art. 420) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

b) state part 4 in the following edition:

Article 3-5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 3. Purposes of activities of NAS

Activities of NAS are directed to realization of single state policy in the field of science in the way:

- carrying out scientific research in the field of natural, technical, humanitarian and social sciences in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- studying of urgent problems of social and economic, political, scientific and technical, innovative and cultural development of the republic;

- increases in efficiency of use of scientific developments and achievements;

- influences of science on development of education, spiritual culture of the people of Kyrgyzstan and increase in its intellectual potential.

Article 4. Main objectives of NAS

The main objectives of NAS within realization of state policy in the field of science are:

- implementation of fundamental and applied, innovative research and development in the priority directions of science;
