Decide:

I. Establish the amount of payment for every year of action of licenses for the right of implementation of separate types of activity, in the minimum wages (мзп) operating in the Republic of Moldova at the time of receipt of the license (except for those types of activity on which this resolution provides other amount of payment):

- for physical persons - 20 мзп;

- for legal entities - 50 мзп.

II. The payment for issue of verified copies of licenses and licensed cards on each vehicle when the type of activity on which there is license is performed on several territorially separately located objects, settlements and transport units is established in the amount of 20% of payment for the main license.

III. The above-stated amount of payment is not applied on the licenses granted by primeriya of municipium of Chisinau on activities in the field of public catering and retail trade (see the Section V of the item 3).

IV. To business entities to bring payment for the entire period of action of the license.

V. Establish the amount of payment for every year of action of the license for some types of activity in the following sizes:

1. The activities referred to gaming:

- operation of gaming machines with winnings for each unit - 150 мзп;

- operation of game tables with winnings for each unit - 1500 мзп.
