About approval of the Charter of the Kyrgyz national conservatory of Kalyya Moldobasanov
According to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Charter of the Kyrgyz national conservatory of Kalyya Moldobasanov according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;
- take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
3. Declare invalid item 4 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 25, 1998 "About transformation of the Kyrgyz state conservatory to the Kyrgyz national conservatory" of January 18, 1999 No. 22.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education, culture and sport of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
