About approval of Regulations about the organization of financial accounting in banks of the Republic of Moldova
In pursuance of Art. 11 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova N548-XIII of 21.07.95, articles 33 and 53 of the Law on N550-XIII financial institutions of 21.07.95 and for the purpose of setting standards of the organization of the financial accounting ASNBM DECIDED:
1. Approve Regulations about the organization of financial accounting in banks of the Republic of Moldova
2. To authorized banks of the Republic of Moldova to develop internal procedures on the organization of financial accounting, considering the current legislation and these regulations.
3. To divisions of National Bank of Moldova to bring the regulations concerning these regulations into accord.
4. Control of execution of this decision to assign to Accounting department.
5. This decision is published in "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" and becomes effective since 01.01.2003.
