About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1052) the following changes:

Article 16 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The bases for hearing of cases about antitrust violation are:

1) statement of physical person or legal entity;

2) initiative of authorized body.";

Part 2 of Article 17 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The decision (instruction) made by authorized body by results of consideration of the case goes to interested persons or is handed to them on receipt within 3 working days from the date of acceptance.";

Paragraph one of Article 19 to state 3) in the following edition:

"The applicant and other interested persons have the right to appeal the decision (instruction) of authorized body according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation about administrative activities and ministerial procedures. In case of disagreement with the decision according to the administrative claim of person, specified in this paragraph having the right to take a legal action.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
