Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2013, No. 8, Art. 825; 2014, No. 9, Art. 908; 2015, No. 36, Art. 5034; 2016, No. 2, Art. 395, No. 10, Art. 1422; 2017, No. 1, Art. 178; No. 11, Art. 1558).

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service till August 1, 2017:

make changes to the composite balance estimation of production and deliveries of electrical energy (capacity) within Power pool system of Russia on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2017 regarding the determination of forecast amounts of electrical energy and capacity delivered by subjects of the wholesale market - electric power producers (capacity) in price zones of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity under regulated agreements for 2017, for accounting in them since September 1, 2017 the amounts of electrical energy and capacity delivered to subjects of the wholesale market - to the buyers of electrical energy (capacity) functioning in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia for the purpose of providing with electrical energy (capacity) the consumers who are not belonging to the population and (or) categories of consumers equated to it;
