About execution of customs papers in case of customs clearance of the goods which are subject of the external economic transactions

According to Art. provisions 145, of 174, 178 and 179 Customs codes of the Republic of Moldova of N1149-XIV of 20.07.2000, for the purpose of increase in efficiency of documentary control and exception of cases of falsification of the documents submitted to customs authorities by economic agents I ORDER:

1. In case of customs clearance of the goods which are subject of the external economic transactions, customs authorities will allow to registration customs declarations on condition of submission of the following documents by economic agents in the original (proceeding from features of the transaction and the chosen customs regime):

a) the agreement based on which goods were delivered;

b) transport documents (official documents which accompany load and contain information on conditions and nature of transportation, and also the main characteristics of the transported goods):

- when moving by the air transportation - the air waybill (fraht) provided by the Convention for standardization of some rules concerning the international airborne transportations (Warsaw, 12.10.29);

- when moving by road transport:

- the international way bill provided by the Convention on the agreement of international delivery of loads on roads (Geneva, 12.05.1956);

- the book of MDP provided by the Convention on international delivery of loads using the book of MDP (Geneva, 24.11.75);

- when moving by railway transport - delivery note, in form, provided by the Agreement on the international railway freight traffic (SMGS) (is valid from November 1, 1951);
