Being guided by Articles 1, of 24, of 31, of 39, 40 Laws of Ukraine "About television and broadcasting", Articles 13, of 14, of 17, part two of article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting", the National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting DECIDED:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on licensing procedure of provider of program service approved by the decision of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting of December 28, 2011 No. 2979, registered on March 2, 2012 at No. 351/20664, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. Submit to legal support division this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To management of information support to promulgate this decision on the official website of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
