The list of types of service from payment for which it is necessary to hold the income tax at payment source

1. Services in hiring (lease) of personal and real estate.

2. Promotion services.

3. Repair services.

4. Auditor services: organization, recovery and conducting financial accounting, creation of the financial reporting and tax declarations, assessment of financial position, analysis of financial and economic activities, organization of computer accounting, property assessment, taxation and management, and also legal services in questions of financial and economic activities.

5. Services in management and consulting nature: management consultations by activities of business entity, consultation in the field of trade management, the taxation, employment, public relations, designing, negotiating for the purpose of implementation of business activity, and also the legal services which are not connected with financial and economic or lawyer activities.

6. Services in protection and protection of persons and property.

7. The services connected with installation, operation and repair of computer facilities, the communication and network equipment, peripheral devices; services in data processing, creation and maintenance of databases and other services in the field of information science.
