About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions"

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 4, Article 632, No. 12, of Article 2017, of 2036) to make the following changes:

"19.12-1. In the license granted by sight activities, stipulated in Article 4-1 Appendix No. 2 to this Law there shall be record that the granted license will not entail legal effects if after licensing the license agreement, the stipulated in Article 19.8-1 this Law is not signed.";
