Item 3-1 of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of length of service for payment of length-of-service allowance to civilian employees (not military personnel) of bodies of national defense, state security and the public order approved by the Order of the Government No. 686 of June 18, 2007. (2007, 722), with subsequent amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 90-93, in the following edition:

"3-1. The length-of-service allowance according to this Provision can be established also to employees of the state companies which founder are the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Department of penal institutions of the Ministry of Justice and Service of information and safety.

Length-of-service allowances are established by collective agreements of industry level or collective employment contracts at the level of organization, according to the decision of representatives of employer and employee representatives, through bodies of social partnership, proceeding from economic and financial opportunities, and reviewed at least once a year.".
