DECISION OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About approval of "Regulations on use of the cash checkbook"

(as amended on on December 15, 2005)

In pursuance of the Art. 5, 11, 26, 48 Laws N548-XIII of July 21, 1995. "About National Bank of Moldova" and for the purpose of establishment of the mechanism of use of the cash checkbook the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDED:

1. Approve "Regulations on use of the cash checkbook".

2. Approve the Technical card "Technical Regulations of Obligatory Elements of the Cash Checkbook (for Internal Use)".

3. Control over the implementation of this decision is imposed on Accounting department and calculations (Mrs. Olga Osadchuk) and Management of storage and cash transactions (Mr. A. Tonkonog).

4. Item 2 becomes effective from the date of adoption of this decision.

5. These regulations become effective since March 1, 2000 with publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
