"11. In that case the provisions of the Federal Law "About Banks and Banking Activity" regulating procedure for receipt of prior (subsequent) consent of the Bank of Russia to share acquisition (shares) of credit institution do not extend to acquisition of preferred shares by the other person. The preferred shares which are subject to alienation according to this part regardless of type of such shares are subject to converting in ordinary shares. On the preferred shares which are subject to alienation according to this part for the purpose of their converting in ordinary shares requirements of Item 3 of article 32 of the Federal Law of December 26, 1995 No. 208-FZ "On joint-stock companies" do not expatiate.";
