"Article 274.1. Illegal impact on critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation
1. Creation, distribution and (or) use of the computer programs or other computer information which are obviously intended for illegal impact on critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation including for destruction, blocking, modification, copying of information containing in it, or neutralization of remedies of the specified information, -
are punished by forced labor for a period of up to five years with restriction of freedom for a period of up to two years or without that or imprisonment for a period of two up to five years with penalty at the rate from five hundred thousand to one million rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to three years.
2. Illegal access to the protected computer information containing in critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation including with use of computer programs or other computer information which are obviously intended for illegal impact on critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, or other malicious computer applications if it entailed damnification to critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, -
