1. Bring in the Order of the Government No. 846 of December 4, 2015. "About enforcement of provisions of the Law on cinematography No. 116 of July 3, 2014" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 332-339, 949) the following amendments:

Item 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content at the end: "Regulations on financing in the field of cinematography according to appendix No. 3";

2) to bring appendix No. 3 of the following content:

to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of December 4, 2015 No. 846

Regulations on financing in the field of cinematography

Chapter I. General provisions

1. The regulations on financing in the field of cinematography (further - the Provision) establish procedure and conditions of distribution and use of the financial resources allocated from the government budget through the National center of cinematography (further - the Center) which can be used for the purpose of:

1) productions of movies of all genres;

2) developments of cinema projects;

3) distributions of movies;

4) participations of domestic movies and cinematographers from the Republic of Moldova in the international festivals;

5) the organizations of festivals and cinema actions in the Republic of Moldova;

6) restorations of movies and materials from National film archive.

2. Financing of field of cinematography and activities of the Center is provided in the government budget separately from the following sources:

1) the government budget within annually established means;

2) own income of the Center.
