1) Article 19.6.1 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3. Non-compliance by officials with federal executive bodies, executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation authorized on implementation of the state control (supervision), the local government bodies authorized on the implementation of municipal control, or the public or local government offices performing control functions, requirements of the legislation on the state control (supervision), municipal control expressed in not entering of information on check into the unified register of checks, or in violation two and more times within one year of terms of entering of information on check into the unified register of checks or in introduction two and more times within one year of incomplete or unreliable information about check in the unified register of checks -

attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from one thousand to three thousand rubles.";
