"Part 4" shall be replaced with words 1) in part 7 of Article 65 of the word "part 3";

Article 67 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 67. Temporary restrictions on departure of the debtor from the Russian Federation

1. The judicial police officer-contractor of the claimant having the right according to the statement or own initiative to issue the decree on temporary restriction on departure of the debtor from the Russian Federation in case of non-execution by the debtor citizen or debtor who is the individual entrepreneur, in the time established for voluntary execution without valid excuse containing in the executive document of the following requirements issued by court or being court resolution:

1) requirements about collection of the alimony, indemnification, caused to health, indemnification in connection with the death of the supporter, the property damage and (or) moral harm caused by crime if the outstanding amount according to such executive document exceeds 10 000 rubles;

2) requirements of non-property nature;

3) other requirements if the outstanding amount according to the executive document (executive documents) constitutes 30 000 rubles and more.
