Article 1

Part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

Till January 1, 2011 public authorities, local government bodies, except for public authorities, local government bodies of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol, provide completion of holding actions for equipment of the buildings, structures, constructions used for placement of the specified bodies which are in the state-owned or municipal property and put into operation on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law, metering devices of the used waters, natural gas, heat energy, electrical energy and input of the established metering devices in operation. For the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol of action for equipment of the buildings, structures, constructions specified in this part, metering devices of the used waters, heat energy, electrical energy and input of the established metering devices in operation are carried out till January 1, 2019, and on equipment by metering devices of the used natural gas and input of the established metering devices to operation - till January 1, 2021.";
