Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision to subjects of foreign economic activity of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 1998 No. 838 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 839; 1999, No. 24, Art. 1107; 2001, No. 12, Art. 490; 2002, No. 24, Art. 1170, No. 42, Art. 1934; 2003, No. 34, Art. 1827; 2006, No. 22, Art. 1609; 2007, No. 60, Art. 2382; 2008, No. 36, Art. 1207, No. 59, Art. 2027; 2012, No. 56, Art. 2254; 2014, No. 3, the Art. 53), changes which are applied.

1. To state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 18 in the following edition:
"Attract within military and technical cooperation to cooperation of foreign subjects of managing (in particular, intermediaries, agents, consultants), to sign service provision agreements with them on representation of interests of subjects of foreign economic activity to which powers, in specialized tenders and at the international exhibitions, on assistance to the conclusion and (or) accomplishment of the external economic agreements (contracts) on the international transfer of military goods for the purpose of promotion of the specified goods in the foreign market are in accordance with the established procedure conferred;".
