About modification and amendments in Regulations on the procedure of giving and consideration of the patent application on the invention and patent grants

In Regulations on the procedure of giving and consideration of the patent application on the invention and patent grants approved by the Order of the Government No. 528 of September 1, 2009. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 138-139, 593), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

The word "industrial" to replace 1) in Item 1 with the word "intellectual", to exclude the words "and Eurasian", and after words of "the receiving department" to add with the text "the procedure of validation of the European patent in the Republic of Moldova,";

In all text of provision in Russian abbreviation of "OBPS" to replace 2) with abbreviation of "OBIS";

4) in Item 3:
