About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1413 of November 27, 2003

No. 239-242, 1466), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Resolution:

a) in the name, and also in Items 1, of 2, of 4, "personal" to exclude the 5th word;

2) in the Provision:

b) monthly allowance for special merits before the state for the spouse/spouse or the mother/father of persons who are posthumously awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" or the award "Stefan cel Mare" (further – benefit for special merits).";

d) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The receivers of the pensions or the public social benefits established according to the national legal system, entering one of the following categories have the right to personal benefit:

a) persons awarded with the state awards based on the Law No. 1123-XII of July 30, 1992 on the state awards of the Republic of Moldova;
