Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1496 of December 29, 2008 "About approval of the Regulations on the procedure of giving, examination and registration of industrial drawings and models" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 10), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

a) to add preamble of the resolution with the reference to regulations on harmonization of the following content:

"This resolution partially shifts Regulations of Council (EC) No. 6/2002 of December 12, 2001 about industrial designs of the European community published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 3 of January 5, 2002.";

b) in the Provision:

In all text of the Provision of the word "Register of Requests for Registration of Industrial Drawings and Models" and "Register of the Registered Industrial Drawings and Models" to replace 1) respectively with the words "National Registry of Requests for Registration of Industrial Drawings and Models" and "National Registry of the Registered Industrial Drawings and Models" in the corresponding case;
