Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 1, Art. 1; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 85, 2/875; 2007, No. 147, 2/1335; 2008, No. 1, 2/1395; 2010, No. 120, 2/1679; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.01.2013, 2/2016; 20:06. 2014, 2/2159; 30.12. 2015, 2/2331; 21:07. 2016, 2/2397) following changes and amendments:
1. From the paragraph of forty third of Article 1 of the word "state, regional and industry" to exclude.
2. In Article 11:
to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:
"approve regional complexes of the actions providing implementation of state programs of rational (steady) use of the natural resources and environmental protection providing financing at the expense of means of local budgets (further - regional complexes of actions);";
to state paragraph two of part two in the following edition:
"create and bring for approval in local councils of deputies regional complexes of actions and take measures for their realization;".
3. Third to state the paragraph to part one of Article 15 in the following edition:
"participate in project development of the state and other programs of rational (steady) use of natural resources and environmental protections, regional complexes of actions and to promote their realization;".
4. In Article 152:
in part one:
paragraph two after the word of "schemes" to add with words "regional complexes of actions,";
in paragraph four of the word "about flora" shall be replaced with words "about protection and use of flora";
the eighth after the word of "schemes" to add part with words ", regional complexes of actions".
