About the additional measures connected with development and enhancement of the ASAN Viza system and modification in "The regulations on the ASAN Viza system approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 20, 2016 No. 1082

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. To the state services agency to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. for the purpose of implementation of management, development and enhancement of the ASAN Viza system within the mechanism of self-financing to provide functionality of the specified system on the basis of the principle public-private partnership (Public-Private Partnership);

1.2. in case of the address of foreigners or stateless persons connected with receipt of the electronic visa in the accelerated procedure to visit to the Azerbaijan Republic to provide consideration of the specified addresses by means of the ASAN Viza system within 3 hours;

1.3. provide offers for ensuring obtaining by means of the ASAN Viza system ("ASAN Viza 2.0") of the visas necessary for visit of citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic to foreign states;

1.4. provide entering into the ASAN Viza system of changes, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the Decree.

2. Make the following changes to "The regulations on the ASAN Viza system approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 20, 2016 No. 1082 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 8, Article 762):

2.1. in subitem 1.2.3 after words of "state fee" to add with the words "and other duties (further-payments)";

2.2. in subitem 1.2.4 after the word "in time" to add with words ", within 3 hours in case of receipt of the address for receipt of the specified visa in the accelerated procedure";

2.3. in Item 1.6:

2.3.1. in the first offer of the word "the gosudarstenny budget and another not prohibited by regulatory legal acts" shall be replaced with words "not prohibited by regulatory legal acts";
