Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following change:
add Article 44 with part 3 following of content:
"If citizens and legal entities made at the same time administrative offenses provided in several heads of this Code, then one relevant article from each head of this Code providing more strict administrative punishment is applied.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
