Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About prohibition of the cabin, transportation, acquisition and sale, procurement and use, export especially valuable (nut and archovy) tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 2, the Art. 141) the following changes:
in Article 1:
a) regarding 1 word "for a period of 10 years" shall be replaced with words "till 2030";
b) in part 2:
- shall be replaced with words the words "Resolve the Cabin" "The cabin is allowed";
- part after words "highways and other communications," to add with words "carrying out scientific research,";
c) state parts 3 and 4 in the following edition:
"The cabin of especially valuable tree species is performed according to the Rules approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the conclusion of specially authorized state body of management of forestry.
The means which arrived according to the procedure of compensation of losses of forestry and landscape production and also from realization of the prepared wood, are used according to the Provision approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for protection, protection, afforestation, increase in productivity of the woods and reproduction of the trees which are subject to the cabin using countervailing measures in proportion: instead of one cut-down tree of certain type to plant 100 saplings of the corresponding type.".
1. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
