1. Approve Standard rates of sampling and samples of goods for carrying out researches (the analysis, examination) customs laboratories which are applied.
2. Abolish the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.07.1997 of N324 "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure and the Procedure of Sampling (Tests) of Oil Products in Customs System of Ukraine".
3. To customs authorities for the purpose of implementation of customs control and customs clearance of goods to select tests and samples of goods for carrying out laboratory researches (the analysis, examination) in the quantities determined by Standard rates of sampling and samples of goods for carrying out researches (the analysis, examination) the customs laboratories approved by this order.
4. Central customs laboratory (Vengel of Item F.) and (Melnik M. V.) to provide to Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. Determine that this order is applied from the date of entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine.
6. To the secretariat provide replication and mailing of this order to regional customs, customs after its state registration.
