About modification and amendments in the Law on forming of real estate units No. 354/2004
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on forming of real estate units No. 354/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 233-236, 999), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In part (Article 1 of the word "or combinations" shall be replaced with words 2) ", combinations or rebreakdowns";
2. In Article 2:

add Article with the following concept:

5. Part (Article 8 to add 4) with the following text: "In this case in the decision on forming the share of each isolated room in structure is specified. The share is determined by the contractor by forming as ratio of total area of the isolated room to the amount of total area of all isolated rooms of structure.".
6. In Article 9 of the word "or combinations" shall be replaced with words ", combinations or rebreakdowns".
7. In part (Article 10 of the word "and cadastral or geometrical plan of object." shall be replaced with words 2) "to which geometrical plans of again created real estate units are attached.".
