About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for the parking, stop, the parking of vehicles on the places intended for persons with disability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 122 to add 1) with part five of the following content:

"Stop or the parking of vehicles on the places designated by the corresponding route signs or road marking on which the stop or the parking only of vehicles which are managed by drivers with disability or drivers who transport people with disabilities (except cases of the forced parking), and also creation of obstacles to drivers with disability or to drivers who transport people with disabilities, in stop or the parking of the vehicles managed by them, unauthorized use on the vehicle of identification mark "The driver with disability" is resolved

involve imposing of penalty from sixty to hundred free minima income of citizens";

2) in Article 152-1:

in part five:

word in paragraph one "part four" shall be replaced with words "parts two, the third or fourth";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "from sixty to hundred" "from hundred twenty to hundred fifty";

add with parts six and the seventh the following content:

"The parking of the vehicle on the places intended for the free parking of the vehicles managed by drivers with disability or drivers who transport people with disabilities, the driver who does not have documents on availability at it or at one of passengers of disability (except obviously expressed disability signs)

attracts imposing of penalty from sixty to hundred free minima income of citizens.
