About approval of Changes in the Instruction about conditions of payment of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists

According to Item 26 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of December 6, 2016 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine" and to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2006 No. 1644 "About procedure and the amount of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists" I order to No. 1774-VIII:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about conditions of payment of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists approved by the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of March 12, 2007 No. 80, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 26, 2007 for No. 269/13536, which are applied.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since January 01, 2017.

Changes in the Instruction about conditions of payment of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists
