About modification of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production

Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production, No. 130 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 671), the following changes:
the paragraph one of Item 14 to state in the following edition:
"14. Minagropolitiki within amount of open assignments based on the register transfers in a month budgetary funds to national bank or bank in which authorized capital 75 and more percent of shares belong to the state which in one-day time transfers them into current accounts of agricultural producers in proportion to the amounts determined in the register.";
in the text of the Procedure for the word "national bank" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "national bank or bank in which authorized capital 75 and more percent of shares belong to the state," in the corresponding case and number.
