In paragraph nine of Item 16 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting examination of the tender documentation on construction, reconstruction, modernization, designing, purchase of materials, designs and the equipment for construction objects by Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction of November 27, 2007 No. 9 (рег. No. 1757 of January 9, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 1-2, 7), the words "Ministries of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
