I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for import of the unregistered medicines to customs area of Ukraine for the purpose of carrying out preclinical researches, clinical testing and state registration it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid Item 1.4 (in the part concerning import of the unregistered medicines to the territory of Ukraine for the purpose of carrying out preclinical, clinical testing and state registration), Items 2.2 and 2.3 of the Procedure for the import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medicines approved by the order MZ of Ukraine of 15.05.97 of N 143, registered in the Ministry of Justice 11.06.97 for N 215/2019.

3. To provide to the director of the MZ State pharmacological center of Ukraine O. V. Stefanov provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the publication in mass media and to provide its accomplishment.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy State secretary A. P. Kartysh.
