Approve the Order of interaction of customs authorities and bodies of the State Tax Service during reconciliation of data concerning turnover, accounting and repayment of tax anticipation bills and control of target use of the imported goods which customs clearance is performed using the tax anticipation bill it (is applied).

In a month to provide to the State Customs Service and State Tax Administration creation in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol of permanent joint working groups on check of target use of the imported goods which customs clearance is performed using the tax anticipation bill.
