About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person"

Article 1. "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person" to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-474 of December 11, 2002 with Items 12-14 of the following content:
"12) contraception – the prevention of undesirable pregnancy using different means and (or) methods,
13) infertility – lack of pregnancy of the woman in case of regular sex life of couple and (or) non-use of contraceptives within one year, except as specified, caused by breastfeeding or menopause
14) the relative – person who is in the natural cognation relations 1, of 2, 3 degrees.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 4 of the Law:
1) the word of item 4 of "methods" shall be replaced with words "means and methods",
2) the word of Item 8 of "methods" shall be replaced with words "means and (or) methods".
Article 3. In article 8 of the Law:
Words of the title of "Contraceptives" shall be replaced with words 1) "Means and (or) methods of contraception",
Words of part 1 of "effective remedies of contraception" shall be replaced with words 2) effective remedies and (or) methods of contraception",
Words of part 2 of "the available contraceptives" shall be replaced with words 3) "the available means and methods of contraception",
4) words of part 3 of "means of regulation of fertilization" shall be replaced with words "means and (or) methods of regulation of fertilization",
5) words of part 4 of "contraceptive" shall be replaced with words "means and methods of contraception".
