About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person" the words "Living in Armenia" shall be replaced with words ZR-474 of December 11, 2002 "living or being in the Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:

Article 3. In article 15 of the Law:

Part 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. The woman cannot be substitute mother if:

1) there is one of the medical contraindications approved by the state authorized body of management of health sector or

2) is at least, than became substitute mother twice.",
