1.1. state Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:

"2. The conclusion is issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - applicants) concerning products included in the list D of Section 1.1 of the inventory concerning which the prohibition of import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 1 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation") (further - the inventory) imported into the Republic of Belarus and (or) exported from the Republic of Belarus is established.

3. The conclusion is issued in import cases to the Republic of Belarus and (or) export from the Republic of Belarus to the products included in the list D of Section 1.1 of the inventory, containing substances or assuming filling with the substances which are not included:

in the list of ozone-safe substances and their mixes according to appendix 1;
